1- MINI KAMI customization packages’ orders must be received at least 14 days prior to your event. All orders are processed upon verification of payment. Urgent order needs to contact us for another arrangement.
客制化的懒人包必须在至少聚会前14天订购。订单将在全额付款后处理。急单需令联络我们另作安排。
2- Confirmed order cannot be amended, cancelled and refunded.
确认订单后,不得修改,取消或退款。
3- Details filled in the order form cannot be amended once the order is confirmed. Please triple check your order details before confirming the order.
确认后的资料不得修改,请再三确认哦。
4- Each item inside of the package is fixed and irreplaceable.
每个配套的物品都是固定的,不得更换。
5- All design of label/sticker is according to the available template.
每个标签的设计必须从现有的款式中选择。
6- Colour of products may vary due to the lighting of the photograph, it may be turn out lighter or darker.
因拍摄场景和灯光,物件或许存在少许色差。
7- Extra charges on postage will be applied for East Malaysia and International orders. Postage also applied to all ala-carte items.
东马与国外的顾客需附上额外的邮费。购买单品也需付额外邮费。
8- Once the dispatch confirmation is sent to you, your order is under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
在运送的过程中包裹遗失或损坏,嘎觅将不负上任何责任。但会提供协助于顾客向运输公司商讨赔偿。
9- Clients will be contacted once there are any bounced parcels under their name.
如有反弹的包裹会另行通知。
10- Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the clients. We will bear the cost when it is deemed as an error of our part.
反弹包裹的再寄邮费将由顾客全额负担。
