Well, don’t panic, we have got you covered. To skip all the headache, you might just need to follow our checklist that we came out after tons of survey and experiences. We ease the procedure and arrange on a monthly basis, all you need is to finish the task accordingly. 

Here, we suggest you start the planning and organizing stuff a year before the wedding date, in order to secure your favourite venue or caterer. Since got to know your dream location have been fully booked can be very disappointing, right?     

9-12 months before the wedding date

• Set a Date
• Determine your budget
• Decide formality and overall theme
• Choose a colour theme and start thinking of overall design
• Choose your wedding planner company (For example KAMI event planner!!)
• Marriage registration
• Research venue
• Estimate guest list
• Gown shopping
• Research photographer & videographer

6-9 months before the wedding date

• Prenuptial physical examination
• Decide & Order Wedding Dress
• Order wedding photo shooting date
• Fitness plan, and adjust diet structure

3-6 months before the wedding date

• Choose grooms attire
• Pick a dress & arrange dress fitting
• Meet your event planner 
• Decide who will be your groomsmen, bridesmaids
• Select bridesmaids’ dresses and schedule fittings within the month
• Meet with potential florists
• Make a guest list
• Book venue
• Reserve hotel-room blocks for guests
• Book transportation for guests, if needed
• Order jewellery & accessories
• Create your wedding website or wedding invitation card
• Take pre-wedding photos

3 months before the wedding date

• Meet your wedding planner 
• Hair and makeup trial
• Have your final tasting with the caterer
• Choose your wedding cake
• Book the bride and groom’s transportation (speciality car, etc.)
• Get your dowry prepared 
• Send the wedding invitations (with RSVPs due one month before the wedding)
• Prepare photos and videos for your wedding.

1 month before the wedding date

• Finalize rundown and seating plan
• Present your dowry
• Book your makeup artists’ time
• Get your hair cut done, take care of your body and sleep early
• Make final payments to vendors
• Call anyone who hasn’t RSVP’ 
• Writing wedding vows & speeches

1 week before the wedding date

• Inform the team route on the day of the wedding
• Room decoration
• Collect your wedding dress
• Briefing your family of the day itinerary
• Double confirm wedding schedule and your “ang pow”
• Withdraw the money you need 
• Hand over the ring to the best man
• Confirm wedding car decoration
• Confirm the order of wearing clothes and jewellery
• Rest well
